Who are we?
Laurence Simons was one of the first consultancies in the UK to devote significant resources to the recruitment of lawyers for in-house legal departments. Our Manager and Consultants are some of the most experienced and well-regarded in this sector. They are all qualified or part qualified lawyers, with extensive legal recruitment expertise.

We source legal personnel both from the in-house and private practice arenas and cover all appointments from newly qualified up to General Counsel level.
