Our consultants responsible for legal recruitment in Paris, the French Region and Southern Europe are Lee Scott, Nicoletta Ravida, Laurent Pompanon, Caroline Koskas and Farzana Beeharry. Lee, Nicoletta and Farzana specialise within the in-house counsel market in Southern Europe across a range of sectors, and at all levels of qualification, whilst Nicoletta is also responsible for private practice recruitment at all levels of qualification in Italy. Laurent and Caroline are responsible for private practice recruitment at all levels of qualification in France.

Lee graduated with a combined LLB/BA law degree from Auckland University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1999. She worked as an Employment Lawyer in New Zealand and Switzerland for 6 years before relocating to Europe in 2004.  She then moved into recruitment, joining Laurence Simons in London before opening the Paris office in April 2005.  Her BA degree was in the following languages: French, Spanish and German. 

Nicoletta has an international education having studied in English schools in Rome and London. She then completed her Law Degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and before moving to Paris, worked for Verusio and Cosmelli - Mazzoni & Associates in Rome. Nicoletta joined the Paris office of Laurence Simons in 2006 and is focusing on recruitment in Italy and Southern Europe.  She is fluent in Italian, French and English.

After graduating from Bordeaux Business School in 1992, Laurent worked four years in Paris in market research, before moving to London in 1997. He then worked in legal publishing for nearly ten years and was the editor of the Paris Legal 500. Laurent joined Laurence Simons in May 2007 to recruit lawyers of all levels for French and International firms based in Paris. Laurent is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Caroline got her law degree in 2002 at the University of Paris X - Nanterre before spending six months studying in New York; she then returned to Paris in 2004 and got her Masters in Marketing/Communications/Business from ISC Business School. She was hired in 2005 by Page Personnel, a subsidiary of Michael Page, as a legal recruitment consultant in Paris and then in London. She joined Laurence Simons in October 2007 where she recruits lawyers of all levels across French and International firms based in Paris. Caroline is fluent in French and English.

Farzana completed her law degree (LLB) in 1999 at South Bank University and postgraduate in law (LPC) in 2002 at London Metropolitan University. She worked as an in-house counsel in the UK before moving to France and worked at Microsoft, again as an in-house counsel. She then moved to France and joined Laurence Simons in Paris in October 2007, working with the in-house counsel market in France and Southern Europe. Farzana is fluent in English and French.
