Recruiter Awards Best Legal Recruiter 2008
 The Recruiter Awards for Excellence are staged by the employment industry’s leading magazine, Recruiter, on an annual basis to recognise best practice and achievement in professional recruitment and selection. The awards process is open to all UK based recruitment companies and is divided into a wide range of categories, which cover all the major industry and discipline specialisms. Laurence Simons has received the 'Best Legal Recruiter' award for 2008.
Laurence Simons is the only firm to have received the special award of ‘Best International Legal Recruiter’ in recognition of the company’s pioneering work in developing high quality cross-border recruitment services for individual lawyers, firms and companies around the world.
Growing Business Awards
 The Growing Business awards were launched in 1999 by Real Business Magazine in conjunction with CBI. The awards recognise and celebrate the UK’S entrepreneurial talent, as well as those companies which have shown substantial growth year after year.
Laurence Simons International entered the awards for the first time in 2006 and was short listed as a finalist in the International Company of the Year category. While reaching the final stages was an achievement in itself- being the only legal recruiter to do so in any of the listed categories was another real plus.
National Business Awards
 The National Business Awards, sponsored by Orange, is the leading programme for recognising excellence in achievement and innovation amongst UK companies and was recently referred to by Gordon Brown as the ‘Business Oscars’. In 2007 Laurence Simons beat off extensive opposition to be shortlisted for the 'Small to Medium Sized Business' category.
